Dear Patients,

I am back living in VT and will be seeing patients in Darien, CT on the following weekends.

Please carefully read and follow the terms of service below to book an appointment. ONE appointment time per person ONLY. Due to the abundance of current patients, I unfortunately am unable to take on any new patients.

Terms of Service

  • All appointments must be scheduled and prepaid online, via this website. You may pay with credit card or PayPal. Select the "Pay with PayPal button" and then choose your payment method. PayPal will confirm payment. You MUST then click the blue "Schedule Event" button or the appointment will not be finalized. When done correctly you will receive an appointment confirmation email from Calendly upon completion. Please retain this email in case you need to reschedule or cancel. If you do not recieve this confirming email, then you did not schedule the appointment and must try again.

  • Each appointment is 50 minutes / $330 per appointment.

  • Appointments to include: Diagnosis and treatment of current issues, full body exam of spine and muscle function, energy/chakra balancing, home treatment and exercise plan as needed.

  • Telehealth Consultations: For those of you not in CT this summer, but would still like a telehealth consult, please email me at reception@drbirsky.com and we will work out a time.

  • Schedule changes: All appointment changes must be made 48 hours in advance. Please use the link provided at the bottom of your confirmation email. If rescheduling, your prepayment will be applied to the new appointment time. If cancelling, you will receive a refund to your credit card.

  • No refunds for no shows, late shows or cancellations of any type within 48 hours of your appointment time.

  • No insurance: Dr. B does not accept insurance nor provide super bills for insurance companies. However, you will receive a payment receipt from PayPal.
